To get started on ServicePRO-OnLine.Com Enterprise Field Service Mobility, you will need to fill out the Online Application Form. We will then send you the download information, installation instructions and license agreement of ServicePRO-OnLine.Com. Once we receive all the documentation back, you will be able to install and evaluate all the features of ServicePRO-Online.Com including Inspection Reports on the PDA and Barcoding. The only restriction the evaluation has is that you cannot do any printing. The evaluation is for a period of 7 days. If you require more days, we are happy to extend it. All you have to do is let us know.
During your evaluation period, we also offer a complementary 2 hours of training session. The training session is designed in such a way so that you can get to know the system, the areas and functionality and how to quickly get what you want. As soon as you decide to subscribe to ServicePRO-OnLine.COM, we will process your subscription. Once your subscription is processed, we will send you the following in express mail: - 350-400 page Training Manual
- CD containing all the installation files
- All license and subscription agreements
